Fleet Sense is Cipia’s (formerly Eyesight Technologies’) video telematics and driver monitoring device for fleets.
Fleet Sense offers an advanced in-cabin driver monitoring system designed to answer telematics system providers (TSPs) and the Fleets industry needs.
Using computer vision and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and with the help of an IR sensor, Fleet Sense tracks the driver’s head pose, eyelids and direction of gaze to provide real-time assessment of the driver’s state (attentive, distracted, drowsy), actions (smoking, wearing a face mask, a seatbelt, and holding a phone), and identity (recognition of enrolled drivers).
DMS designed for fleets
The detection of driver state, actions, driver ID and camera status enable life-saving and cost-saving features for telematics system providers (TSP), Fleets and drivers.
The driver receives real-time alerts when drowsiness, distraction or dangerous actions are detected, while the Fleet Management System (FMS) receives tailored real-time alerts according to their needs enabling optimization and increasing efficacy of fleet manager / dispatcher.

We understand that TSPs’ and fleets’ require macro level snapshots and long term behavior analysis as opposed to the in-cabin real-time alerts that assist drivers in accident prevention.
We designed Fleet Sense to support fleet’s unique requirements.
The Fleet Sense device detects in real-time camera tampering and loss of calibration to notify the FMS and allow quick response to the situation. The data gathered enables high-level FMS driver ID,
workforce management enhancement and information which enable advanced driver scoring and training.
