About The Position
Cipia is a global leader in in-cabin monitoring using advanced computer vision AI. We work with automotive manufacturers worldwide to implement our software, which detects driver distraction, drowsiness, dangerous driving actions, cabin occupancy, seatbelt usage, and more. Our market is strongly driven by regulation and safety standards, which are expected to lead to mass adoption.
We seek an energetic and well-organized candidate for a flexible student position, to assist our project manager by taking ownership of daily Jira management, which is key for running our development processes.
This is a great way to meet the entire team, work with all R&D team members, and learn about quality and related processes in the auto-tech world.
Responsbilities
Define and implement progress monitoring and reporting processes for R&D team members
Break down software release cycles into milestones and development tasks
Plan and manage sprints and resources
Track and report team progress and sprint performance
Requirements
Current student in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management (2nd or 3rd year)
Availability for at least 3 days per week
High level of English proficiency, both written and verbal
Previous experience with JIRA – advantage
