About The Position
Cipia is a computer vision company that develops automotive in-cabin monitoring solutions. We are looking for a Software Developer to help focus R&D deliverables to meet state-of-the-art performance.
You will join the Data & Analytics team to automate data pipelines, analyze, and extract insights.
Responsbilities
- Software Development – Build and enhance cutting-edge solutions that drive innovation.
- Performance Metrics & KPIs – Track, measure, and optimize key product performance indicators to ensure success.
- Database Management – Design, optimize, and maintain complex databases to support seamless operations.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop impactful solutions aligned with real-world performance metrics.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a software developer
- 3 years of experience with Python
- Source control and git experience are a must
- Experience working on cloud computing is an advantage
- Experience with computer vision systems is an advantage
- Statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, etc an advantage
- Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL, Spark, Dask, etc. is an advantage
