Sales Manager After Market - North America
About The Position
Cipia is a global leader in in-cabin monitoring using advanced computer vision AI. We work with automotive manufacturers worldwide and Telematics service providers (TSP’s) to implement our solutions, which detect driver distraction, drowsiness, dangerous actions while driving, cabin occupancy, and more. Our market is strongly driven by regulation and safety standards which are expected to lead to mass adoption.
Cipia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for its Video telematics aftermarket Platform for the North America market.
Key responsibilities include leading the sales of its Cipia - FS10 driver monitoring & safety platform in North America to telematics service providers (TSP’s), maintaining customer relations and building the sales distribution channel.
Territories are responsible for the USA, Canada, and other global markets as needed.
You will work closely with the product team, global sales, marketing, project and customer support teams to ensure addressing customer’s needs.
Responsbilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy – positioning, messaging, and pricing
- Identifying and selecting distributors
- Identifying and recruiting new Telematics customers
- Managing the sales process of Cipia - FS10 video telematics devices, and SAAS solution to Telematics customers (mainly via Telematics Service Providers (TSPs) and distributors)
- Maintaining business relations with TSPs and distributors
- Identifying and assigning opportunities to TSPs and distributors. Drive industry engagement (customers, prospects, suppliers and competitors) at industry events and conferences
Requirements
- 5 years or more of Vehicle Telematics and Video Telematics sales experience in the USA (Mandatory)
- Vehicle telematics, fleet management market and product knowledge
- Proven sales skills and success record
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Located in the USA
Travel
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed, trade shows and industry events
- Travel estimated at 25%
